Week 2

So last week was pretty tough for me maintaining my diet. Seeing my boyfriend eat a Carl's Jr. Western Burger was the toughest!!! haha. The more I miss eating my favorite foods the more I feel like quiting and enjoying my love for food, BUT....I don't want to let myself down and become a quitter. So, beginning week 2, I am more aware of my surroundings and temptations. I realize I look ridiculous counting my carbs, fat, etc, etc, but its also education as well. Who knew that eating a single piece of candy had so much carbs!!?? I definitly am picking out the good over the bad so I am proud of myself. As far as my physical attributes, spinning is my fav as well as cross training. I hate weekends because thats the time I want to relax and enjoy my family, but my family is now my elliptical haha! Not entirely, but she is my best friend 20 mins in the morning, 60 mins in the afternoon and in the evening and boy does she kick my butt!!!

So I hope you find my update interesting and please, if you have any other physical suggestions feel free to let me in on your secrets, I need all the help I can get ;)
