So I know its a little late to start a fresh new beginning of the new year, but as of yesterday I am a new member of Weight Watchers, YAY!! I approached a few friends of this change and I got "WHAT!! you are already skinny!" "OMG, don't talk to me right now" haha of course I laughed with them. So what decided this change? I just want to get back in shape and lose 10 lbs. To have a goal in life and actually accomplish it would make me so happy, especially something this hard. My metabolism isn't getting any better and I might as well put it to use before I have none. Right now I weight 135 lbs and I am 5'7, pretty close to consistant but I would like to see my itty bitty love handles dissapear. Wish me luck ☺

You go girl!!! Its those last 5 or 10 lbs that are the hardest to lose. I want to lose just like 5 lbs of gut around my belly. It is hard!! Even though I run like a mother and do capoeira, it's still a challenge. You can do it. I am actully starting to monitor my calories so that way I burn some. Good luck girl.
